On Friday, January 17th, representatives from BRUKER visited GSEM Co., Ltd.

The purpose of this visit was to coordinate and plan the integration of BRUKER's EDS and EBSD systems into the FE-SEM (5000X) and FIB (DB550), which will soon be installed at GSEM's Imaging Lab Center.
The visit also included a tour of the current facilities at GSEM's Imaging Lab Center, along with discussions about the installation sites for the FE-SEM (5000X) and FIB (DB550).
This visit provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen the partnership between the two companies.
